Rodion Herrera - Avatrian, LLC.

Rodion Herrera is the creative director for Avatrian, LCC, a full-service metaverse consultancy and content creation agency based in Cebu City.

As a freelance content creator since the early 2000’s, his virtual creations have been featured in various websites and blogs that cater to games, simulations and virtual worlds. As creative director for Avatrian he has managed dozens of projects in the virtual world of Second Life for clients worldwide . He also worked for two Mindanao State University campuses as a Media Production Specialist, Office Productivity Applications Support, and college instructor."

Atty. Michael Vernon Guerrero - Philippine Commons

Atty. Michael Vernon "Berne" Guerrero finished Political Science and, subsequently, Law. He is currently a partner in the Ocampo Santos Nunez Lomangaya and Guerrero law office, a professor in a paralegal course offered by the Institute of Continuing Legal Studies and Education, the deputy director of the e-law Center and the Information and Technology Center of the Arellano University School of Law, the deputy project lead for Creative Commons in the Philippines, and a proponent of the Philippine Commons (specifically thrusts towards Open Education and Free Culture), among others.

He has written a book, planted a tree, but still has to have children. He was a visual artist in a past life.

Giovanni Bacareza - Chikka

Experienced executive in international business management and operations, Giovanni Bacareza is currently, the Director for Business Development at Chikka Asia Inc. He is responsible for identifying and seizing business opportunities in the North and South America, and also manages the company’s operations in the said region.

Prior to his post at Chikka, he was vice president of Manila-based Ajonet Holdings Inc., an investment holding company where he was involved in P&L management, strategic planning, and technology development in both large multinationals and small startups.

In March of 2002, he garnered QNET Communications Inc., a nomination for “Best Public Communications Kiosk,” at the Kiosk Excellence Awards in Florida. Giovanni then, headed QNET Communications Inc., as chief-executive officer (CEO).

Giovanni was also involved in I.T. systems, both in the Philippines and abroad. These companies include New York-based Freelance.com, where Giovanni was country and regional director for the Philippines and Asia (2000); Microsoft Philippines Inc., where as a manager of the Business Productivity Group, he oversaw all channel and customer marketing, and also conceptualized and implemented marketing strategies for Microsoft’s products and programs (1999); Telefonica De EspaƱa (1994-1996), the Spanish national telephone company, where he received management training in Financial Systems, Information Technology and International Operations in the Mobile Division.

Hans A. Koch is co-Founder and Search Division President of syndeo::media. He handled more than two dozen clients serving various search engine and Internet marketing needs.

Prior to that, he worked as a sales and search engine marketing specialist for Pandora Squared.
